1800 Atlantic – 2 night deposit at the time of booking.
30 day cancellation policy with a $50 penalty for
canceling at any time.
Special Events and Holidays – 2 night deposit $100
cancellation fee for canceling at any time. 60 day
cancellation policy.
Old Town Properties
Rental Policies:
The Old Town Properties – All 50% deposit at the time of
booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival and $100
cancellation fees.
All rentals sign a basic 2 page rental agreement.

OFFICE HOURS ARE 9:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M. MON THRU FRI &
1:00 P.M. TO 5:00 P.M. SAT. SUN OFFICE CLOSED. TO ARRIVE
AFTER THESE HOURS OR ON SUNDAY OR A HOLIDAY, GO DIRECTLY
TO 1800 ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS. AT 1800 ATLANTIC GO TO
THE WEST ENTRANCE AND DIAL 502 ON THE WALL PHONE. ALLOW
A FEW MINUTES FOR THE SECURITY GUARD TO RESPOND.
